House Rules

Welcome!

We are happy to welcome you to our holiday home and kindly ask you to respect a few simple rules to ensure a pleasant, safe and peaceful stay for everyone

• Care of spaces
  Treat the house as if it were your own: clean, tidy and respected. Always close the umbrella when not in use to avoid damage caused by the wind. Any damage must be reported promptly.
• Respect for quiet
  Avoid disturbing noises, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. The house is immersed in nature and relaxation: enjoy it discreetly.
• Smoking and pets
  Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Pets are only allowed with prior authorization.
• Use of the pool (if present)

The pool is for the exclusive use of guests. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory to ensure hygiene and water quality. Diving, running on the edge or leaving children unattended is prohibited.

Recommended hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Waste separation
Please respect recycling according to the instructions provided. Bins are located in the dedicated outdoor area.

  Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
  Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
  Please leave the keys where indicated and turn off lights and air conditioners.
